Re “New Meaning for Rough in Golf,” March 18.
In this article we learn that road rage has now reached the links. Young golfers now race their golf carts as if they were at the Indianapolis 500. Others tee off while the players ahead are still putting. Others use their golf clubs as weapons.
I’m hesitant about the development of any more golf courses in Thousand Oaks. I’m concerned about the chemicals used in maintenance of courses and now we learn about the rage syndrome invading the tranquillity of the game.
