The City Council presented certificates of appreciation to four outgoing members for their service on the city’s commissions and committees. Honored were Elaine Sinclair of the Housing and Community Development Advisory Board, Joan Siegman of the Advisory Committee for the Disabled, Marguerite Clifton of the Traffic Advisory Committee and Nancy Cooper of the Planning Commission.
