Good Neighbor Pharmacy will present an Academy Awards celebration fund-raiser Sunday at AMC 30 theaters at the Block. The festivities begin at 4 p.m. with a pre-party that includes a celebrity look-alike contest, a raffle, live entertainment and food.
Guests will also be interviewed on the red carpet by Chapman University film and television students and can watch the telecast of the awards show in one of the movie theaters.
Following the telecast, guests may stop at Cafe Tu Tu Tango for dessert and coffee or they can stay at the theater and watch a screening of one of the best-picture nominees.
Tickets are $40 a person and $75 per couple, and will benefit Chapman University. For reservations, call (714) 997-6783.
