Visitors to the Westminster Branch Library can use 23 computers, including eight with Internet access and 15 for searching the library catalog installed earlier this month. The new computers are part of the Orange County Public Library’s efforts to upgrade existing systems and provide additional free Internet service to those without access at home, school or work. The library is at 8180 13th St.
