La Palma Intercommunity Hospital and the North Orange County YMCA will offer free breast cancer screenings for low-income women 40 and older on April 28. Examinations will be held 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The screenings will be conducted in private and will include a mammogram and clinical breast exam. Patients will also learn how to conduct self-exams. Appointments are required. Information: (714) 806-2037.
