At last, it seems there’s something opponents can agree on for the Gate 12 project. Sort of.
The 36-year-old Clubhouse Two, also known as Gate 12 east, lacks larger bathrooms to accommodate wheelchairs, sufficient parking and insulation.
Members of the grass-roots Residents Reform Committee and Leisure World’s governing Golden Rain Foundation, two groups often at odds, agree on those needs.
Still, that’s about where their agreement ends, and their differences could make for a long fight.
