Arthur F. Corey Elementary School has been nominated for the California Distinguished School Award, an honor that was extended to about 200 elementary schools in the state. Standards include a strong curriculum, modern technology to support student learning and special assistance for students who are learning English, are at risk or have physical or learning disabilities.
