Thank you for “As China Trade Fight Nears, Public Is in Dark on Deal” (March 8). Too many deals are being made with no public knowledge and involvement. I see only one reason for this. If the public actually knew about them, they’d be against them. What kind of democracy do we have when deals that affect all of us are done without our knowledge or approval?
