The City Council, which is also part of the city’s Redevelopment Agency, agreed Monday to provide $20,000 to residents of Seal Beach Trailer Park for preliminary services toward purchasing the park. Residents of the trailer community next to the San Gabriel River channel are unhappy with owner Richard Hall and Associates management. City officials have formed a subcommittee to direct residents in the acquisition process.
