ChromaVision Medical Systems Inc.
The San Juan Capistrano maker of imaging systems to detect and treat cellular disease reported a loss of $3.7 million, or 19 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared with a loss of $2.9 million, or 16 cents a share, a year ago. The wider loss stemmed primarily from increases in the company’s sales and marketing staff, ChromaVision said. Revenue totaled $337,822, up from $48,362.
