Jerry Roby Is Named New Chairman of IMC Networks

Jerry Roby, founder of IMC Networks in Foothill Ranch, has been appointed chairman of the board. He had been president and chief executive since 1988. Succeeding him in those positions is Michael Dailey, who previously served as chief financial officer.

* Barry W. Hall, Teresa M. Throenle, and Jeanette Hall have been elected to the board of directors of LMKI Inc. in Irvine. Barry Hall is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Styleclick.com Inc., and former chief financial officer of EarthLink Network Inc. Throenle is chief financial officer of SeaWest Financial Corp. Jeanette Hall is the Southeast regional sales director for BeFree Inc., a Boston-based Internet company.

* Elaine Carter has joined TouchVision Inc. in Seal Beach as chief financial officer. She has held financial management positions with Universal Studios/Seagram, Hanna Barbera/Turner, Twentieth Century Fox and Paramount. Richard Penn is the new vice president of business development and Scott Brear was appointed vice president of sales. Penn founded Bolter Communications, now Viewcast.com, and has held positions with Micom Systems, Protocol Computers, Occidental Systems and Southland Corp. Brear previously held senior sales positions at Storage Technology Corp., Micom, General DataComm, Xircom and Cidco.
