The City Council on Tuesday will hold a public hearing on the proposed repeal of regulations prohibiting on-street parking on Fern Avenue. The council is proposing reinstating on-street parking on the west side of Fern Avenue from 292 feet south of Starr Street to 771 feet south of Starr Street. Information: (714) 379-9222.
