The City Council is expected to vote Tuesday on whether to allow the local Community Services and Library foundations to operate a $5-per-car parking lot on East Chapman Avenue to raise money during the next five annual International Street Fairs.
The council will meet at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall, 300 East Chapman Ave.
