IRIS Completes Sale of Certain U.S. Assets

International Remote Imaging Systems Inc. in Chatsworth said it has completed the sale of the U.S. assets of Perceptive Scientific Instruments LLC to Applied Imaging Corp. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
IRIS designs, develops and manufactures automated urinalysis systems for use in hospitals and clinical laboratories.
