Constellation Signs 10-Year Lease at Westwood Center
Constellation Concepts will open a 250-seat restaurant on the ground floor of the newly renovated Westwood Center.
The Corte Madera, Calif.-based operator said it plans to open a Napa Valley Grill by year’s end. Monty’s--the restaurant located on top of the building--closed when the tower underwent a $35-million renovation by owner Arden Realty Inc.
Constellation Concepts, which operates 30 restaurants, signed a 10-year lease at Westwood Center on Glendon Avenue. The restaurant will cost about $3 million to build, according to company President Hazem Ouf.
Ouf said Westwood’s redevelopment and a young, affluent population attracted the company to the area.
