* Ford Motor Co. and auto racer Carroll Shelby have sued Factory Five Racing Inc., alleging the car-kit maker is infringing on trademarks for their Cobra roadsters. Shelby, whose Las Vegas-based Shelby American Inc. makes Cobras, is seeking $10 million in damages and fees in the suit, which was filed in Boston.
