Dagwood’s Bourbon Marinade was created in 1985 by the owner of Dagwood’s Restaurant in Bardstown, the Bourbon capital of Kentucky. It’s a soy-based marinade and tenderizer with a distinct hint of aged Bourbon flavor (from 12-year-old Elijah Craig spirits). Try it with steaks or salmon; some people like a little in stews and stir-fry.
