Pinkerton Acquires 2 Security Companies

Pinkerton Inc., with U.S. headquarters in Westlake Village, said it has acquired South Arkansas Security, based in Camden, Ark., and Capitol City Patrol of Little Rock, Ark. The terms were not disclosed.
The two companies provide uniformed security officers and patrol services to industrial accounts and local businesses.
Pinkerton provides global security solutions and is part of the Securitas Group.
