The city’s first Starbucks Coffee began brewing Wednesday in Alicia Town Center. Proceeds from an opening celebration Saturday will be donated to Saddleback Community Outreach, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the needy in South County.
From 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, customers can try any small beverage and pastry for a $3 donation to the relief organization, which provides food, housing and assistance to residents.
The store is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 25630 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills. Information: (949) 768-1181.
