The public is invited to a congressional debate during a Friday luncheon, said Mayor Mimi Walters, who is president of the Conservative Women’s Leadership Assn. of South Orange County.
Two of the Republican candidates for the 48th District, state Sen. Bill Morrow (R-Oceanside) and Darrell Issa, will have five minutes to present their views and later will take questions from the audience.
Check-in for the forum begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn, 25205 La Paz Road. Lunch begins at noon followed by the one-hour forum.
