I understand the only purpose of diamond lanes is to encourage two drivers of two cars to travel together in one car. Yes?
Then would someone please explain why a driver with one passenger who is a baby, infant or child can use the diamond lane?
Have I missed something? Have I missed noticing all the little lonesome child drivers?
