Dana Niguel Bank Undergoes Name Change

Dana Niguel Bank, based in Dana Point, is changing its name to Harbor National Bank as part of an expansion plan, officials said. The bank plans to open a new branch this May in Newport Beach, according to Chief Executive David Blankenhorn.
