MSNBC Will Provide Coverage of GOP Debate in South Carolina

In their second debate in as many days, the candidates for the Republican presidential nomination take their show to South Carolina tonight.
MSNBC will broadcast the debate live from 5-6 p.m. PST and on its Web site, https://www.msnbc.com.
It is the fifth debate for conservative activist Gary Bauer, Texas Gov. George W. Bush, publisher Steve Forbes, Utah Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, former diplomat Alan Keyes and Arizona Sen. John McCain.
The West Columbia, S.C., forum will be preceded by the South Carolina Republican Party’s annual Silver Elephant Dinner, which will honor the state’s 97-year-old U.S. senator, Strom Thurmond.
