Troy Group Buys Maker of Software

Troy Group Inc., a Santa Ana developer of financial payment systems, said Tuesday that it has acquired a Nashville, Tenn., software maker for an undisclosed sum.
Troy Group said its purchase of American Development Inc. will give it the means to provide electronic merchants with a new method to accept and process customer payments over the Internet.
