The Planning Commission could approve the third and final phase of the Lake Forest Corridor Center development near the Foothill toll road Thursday.
The first two phases of the development will include a Home Depot, fast-food restaurants, a gas station and a gym. The third phase could bring more retail stores to the development.
The commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Lake Forest City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
