Oxnard Receives $650,000 in Land Sale
The city of Oxnard’s Community Development Commission has sold 220,000 square feet of land at 750 Arcturus Ave. for approximately $650,000.
The land was bought by Pacific Vehicle Processors, which will develop the site as a parking lot for the new imported cars it brings in through the Port of Hueneme.
Representing both Oxnard and Pacific Vehicles in the transaction was Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Camarillo.
