A second community meeting on possible bed-and-breakfast zoning for Seal Beach is scheduled for 7 tonight at City Hall.

City planners have proposed an zoning ordinance that would allow 75-year-old homes to be converted to bed-and-breakfasts as a way of historic preservation.

City Manager Keith Till said the proposed ordinance would apply to commercial-type property and he would like to “dispel any myth that any B&B; will go next to any existing family residences.â€
