Casa Teresa, a home for single, pregnant women age 18 and older, received a $10,000 donation from the PacifiCare Foundation, a philanthropic organization established by PacifiCare Health Systems Inc.

The donation will be used to pay for a prenatal nurse who will assist with mother-infant bonding, help reduce the risk of abuse and neglect and facilitate proper physician and hospital care.
