Cooper Acquires Firm
Irvine-based Cooper Cos. Inc. said Monday a subsidiary completed its acquisition of a group of women’s health care products from Leisegang Medical Inc., a Florida manufacturer of women’s precision medical instruments, for about $10.5 million in cash.
The products, which were acquired by the CooperSurgical unit in Shelton, Conn., generate more than $11 million in revenue annually.
