* Guitarist--Performances to Grow On will present a solo performance from William Kanengiser, a member of the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet, Jan. 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the Oaks Grove Pavilion, 220 W. Lomita Ave., Ojai. Kanengiser will perform arrangements of Mozart, Handel and Bartok with excursions into the music of Eastern Europe and the Caribbean. $12 in advance, $14 at the door. 646-8907.
* Improv--The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza will host “Got Comedy 3,” presented by the Santa Susana Improv Comedy Troupe, Jan. 6 at 7 p.m. at 2100 E.
