Keohane Takes Reins at SMC Worldwide

Sean Keohane was named president of SMC Worldwide, a unit of SMC Networks Inc. in Irvine. Most recently, he served as senior vice president for R&D;, sales and marketing at Allied Telesyn International. He previously was a marketing director at National Semiconductor.

* Gerald Fitch has been named chief financial officer of TDK Semiconductor Corp. in Tustin. He previously served as CFO of Airport Group International for three years. He also was a vice president at Cal Fed Inc.

* Lisa Green has joined Irvine chip developer Entridia Corp. as vice president of human resources. She had been vice president of administration at Gotoworld.com and vice president of human relations at Melles Griot Inc. She also was director of administration at PC World for five years and worked for seven years as a human resources specialist at Casde Corp.

* Ed Burakowski has joined NDS Americas in Newport Beach as vice president of strategic sales. He is a former vice president of the National Cable Television Assn. Before joining NDS, he was vice president of Ovation Inc.
