* World Music--Lake Casitas World Rhythms & Reggae Festival will be held Sept. 9 at the lakeside recreation area near Ojai. Performers: Andrew Tosh, Fully Fullwood Band, Ras Shiloh, Rocky Dawuni, Sugar Black, the King’s Chamber Revue and the Cannons. Also food and arts and crafts. * Folksy--Camarillo Arts Council concludes its summer concert series Sept. 9 with the Limeliters and folk specialist Glenn Yarbrough at Constitution Park. Picnicking encouraged. * Bavarian--The Rotary Club of Newbury Park will host its 14th annual Oktoberfest on Sept. 10 at Conejo Creek Park North in Thousand Oaks. There will be German music, dancing and food, as well as arts and crafts booths and children’s activities. Proceeds will benefit local charities. * Cultural Crafts--Temple Etz Chaim in Thousand Oaks will host the second annual Conejo Valley Jewish Craft Fair on Sept. 10. About 40 vendors will offer ceramics, quilts, stained glass, jewelry, fine arts and more. The temple is at 1080 Janss Road. Free. 497-6891.
