PerfectData Reports Loss in Latest Quarter
PerfectData Corp. in Simi Valley reported a loss of $166,000 or 3 cents per share on revenues of $500,000 for the quarter that ended June 30.
This compared with a loss a year earlier of $50,000 or 2 cents per share on revenues of $524,000.
Company officials said their board of directors, which has four new members, is considering acquisitions and other actions to improve the company’s operations.
Joseph Mazin resigned as president and chief executive effective July 27. He will continue to serve as a consultant to the company until March 31. The board is seeking a replacement for Mazin.
