Harris Corp. Recognized for Commitment to Service
Harris Corp.’s Network Support Division in Camarillo, which makes telecommunications testing equipment, has been awarded a Silver Quality Award from SBC Communications Inc.
The award recognizes Harris’ commitment to product and service performance, joint quality initiatives, diversity programs and reduction of the customer’s total cost of ownership.
SBC, a global communications company, annually evaluates suppliers based on the seven categories established by the National Institute of Standards and Technology in awarding the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The criteria include customer service, leadership, strategic planning, information and analysis, human resource development and management, process management and business results.
Harris’ Network Support Division is a supplier for communications service providers around the world.
