* Lowe Enterprises Investment Management bought three office buildings in the Conejo Valley totaling 232,687 square feet from Wilson Cornerstone for $36 million, according to Bob Safai and Lynwood Fields of Madison Partners, who represented both parties in the transaction. The buildings included the 115,227-square-foot Agoura Hills Business Park and Westlake Spectrum I and II, two buildings totaling 117,460 square feet in Westlake Village.

* A joint venture formed by Memphis, Tenn.-based Davidson Hotel Co. and Prudential Real Estate Investors acquired the 281-room Radisson Agoura Hills Hotel from Westmont Hospitality Group Inc., according to Arthur Buser and John Strauss of Jones Lang LaSalle, who represented Westmont in the sale. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but hotel industry sources estimated the sales price at more than $30 million. The hotel, at 30100 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills, has been renamed the Renaissance Agoura Hills. The new owners said they plan to begin a comprehensive renovation of the hotel. Plans include a renovation of the guest rooms and public areas, the addition of a concierge floor and the construction of an outdoor pavilion for weddings and other social events, according to Chick Hill, president of Davidson Hotel Co., which represented itself in the transaction.

* Haeri LLC bought the 130,898-square-foot Hacienda Plaza shopping center at 755-899 Hacienda Boulevard in La Puente for $9 million from Watt Family Properties. The seller was represented by Matthew Sullivan of Marcus & Millichap. The buyer was represented by David Ridgway, also of Marcus & Millichap.

* Econnections, a business-to-business supply management company, signed a five-year, $6.5-million lease for 50,000 square feet of office space at 75 N. Fair Oaks Ave. in Pasadena. Robert E. Carter of Commercial Resource Real Estate Services represented the tenant. The landlord, Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group, was represented by Steve Davis of Dacam Management.

* Hanhil LLC bought the 31,520-square-foot Sherman Way shopping center at Van Nuys Boulevard and Sherman Way in Van Nuys for $3.6 million from Washington Mutual Bank. Christopher Maling, Lane Schwartz and David Maling of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Fred Farrdost of Realty Investments.

* Downtown Properties Holdings subleased 14,700 square feet of office space from Pacific Enterprises at Library Tower at 633 West 5th St. in Los Angeles for 10 years for $2.6 million. David G. Cushman and Norman S. Mitchell of Cushman Realty Corp. represented Pacific Enterprises. Brian D. Ulf and Ted C. Simpson of Cushman represented Downtown Properties.

* McKenna Enterprises Inc., a technology-based consulting firm, signed a five-year, $2.5-million lease for 9,700 square feet of space in Westwood Center at 1100 Glendon Ave. in Westwood. The landlord, Arden Realty, was represented in-house by Troy Holme. The tenant was represented by Gregory Maradel and Howard Feurstein of Travers Realty.

* Custom Building Products Inc. signed a five-year, $2.4-million lease for 94,493 square feet of industrial space at 730 S. Epperson Drive in Industry. Marc DiGennaro of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. The landlord, Glover Family LLC, was represented by Phil Norton and Bill Renwich of Colliers Seeley.

* Anaheim Crossroads LLC bought an 11,552-square-foot medical office building at 10100 Culver Blvd. in Culver City for $2 million from Culver City Medical Building Associates. The buyer was represented by Scott Crane, Ken Kennedy, Peter Lund and Kevin Kennedy of NAI Capital Commercial. The sellers represented themselves.

* Restaurant operator Bin Li signed a 10-year, $1.7-million lease for 9,000 square feet of space at 5449 N. Rosemead Blvd. in Temple City. The landlord, Lou Smaldino, was represented by Angelle Ghiz of NAI Capital Commercial. Bin Li was represented by Judy Kuo of Century 21 Classic.
