The City Council has agreed to repave two roads that are in need of repair, public works officials said. Work will take place on Irvine Boulevard between the Costa Mesa Freeway and Prospect Avenue and on Prospect Avenue between 1st Street and Irvine Boulevard. The projects will cost about $600,000.
