Private Investors Buy Office Building in Simi Valley
Society Capital Group has purchased a 30,000-square-foot office building in Simi Valley for $3.7 million.
The two-story building at 40 W. Cochran St. was purchased as an investment from the R.G. Harris Family Trust. The building, which has the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce as a tenant, is a fully occupied, multi-tenant office building.
The buyer is a group of private investors who own office properties in Simi Valley and Westlake Village.
