* Zale Corp. agreed to buy Piercing Pagoda Inc., which operates mall-based jewelry kiosks that cater to teens, for about $198 million in cash, or $21.50 a share. Shares of Bethlehem, Pa.-based Piercing Pagoda jumped $5.25 to close at $21.25 on Nasdaq. Irving, Texas-based Zale rose 44 cents to close at $40.56 on the NYSE.
