WHAT ARE YOU DRINKING?
Clay Brock, Edna Valley Vineyard
“We’ve been tasting a lot of Syrah, and one that really stands out is the ’97 Ojai ‘Roll Ranch.’ It’s really, really good, with that classic Central Coast Syrah taste. It’s big, it’s inky and very chocolaty. It’s very good. We were doing a staff tasting of Syrah--we had eight of them--and that one just stood out.”
