Cam Commerce Solutions Acquires MicroBiz

Cam Commerce Solutions, a Fountain Valley maker of inventory management products for retailers, said Monday it has acquired MicroBiz Inc., a New Jersey provider of inventory management systems for single-store retailers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
MicroBiz has more than 6,000 customers, and its revenue totaled $4 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, Cam Commerce said.
Cam Commerce’s stock moved up 63 cents a share to $6.25 in Nasdaq trading.
