Interscience Computer Corp., Agoura Hills, has acquired Camino Software Systems Inc. for 468,000 shares of Interscience common stack and assumption of certain liabilities of Camino.
The company’s software provides unlimited storage on multiple platforms for LAN, WAN, Internet and Intranet networks.
Interscience is a third-party provider of maintenance services for computer hardware and related peripheral equipment.
