We Care, a nonprofit social outreach agency, is teaming up again with the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church to host the 2nd annual Passport to Good Health Fair on Monday.
As a service to low-income families with children, the fair will be offering free immunizations and a free mini-health screening for vision, dental, hearing and medical needs.
The event will be held at Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church at 11600 Los Alamitos Blvd. from 1 to 4 p.m. Information: (562) 598-9790.
