However, a closer look at the statistics tells the tale.
The rest of the Huskies compiled minus-14 yards rushing in 18 carries and were held to two yards passing.
Hicks was one of three City Section backs to rush for more than 200 yards last week--and the only one not named David.
David Valencia of Poly had 215 yards in 26 carries in a 19-0 victory over L.A. Wilson, and Sylmar’s David Contreras had 302 yards in a 28-21 victory over Antelope Valley.
