Car Plows Into Street Festival; 20 Injured

A car going the wrong way on a one-way street plowed into a crowded downtown Cincinnati street festival, injuring 20 people, reports said. A witness told WCPO-TV that the car struck a large group of people from the German American festival as they crossed Main Street. “It was sickening to see all those people struck by the car and a lunatic at the wheel, who kept yelling profanities and obscenities,” the witness said. People at the scene subdued the driver until police arrived.
