The ninth annual Storytelling Festival returns to Historic Town Center park and the Camino Real Playhouse next month. The festival, which features a number of nationally known performance writers, opens Oct. 8 with a storytelling showcase and book signing, and continues Oct. 9 with a full day of workshops and performances.
