* Los Angeles lawyers Cynthia McClain-Hill and Robert Pryce have formed a law firm, McClain-Hill Pryce, which will be based in Los Angeles and have offices in Sacramento and Las Vegas.
* SeraCare Inc., a Los Angeles-based maker of plasma-based diagnostic products, has named James Linesch chief financial officer. He succeeds Jerry Burdick, who will become executive vice president of administration.
* Michael Cissell has joined Los Angeles-based real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield as Western regional managing director of its corporate services unit.
* Asset Management Consultants Inc., a Mission Hills-based real estate investment firm, has named Laura Pegler director of investor relations.
