The Planning Commission on Tuesday will consider revisions to the Los Rios Specific Plan. The plan provides building and zoning guidelines for the 35-acre historic district.
The commission will consider changes recommended by the city’s Housing Advisory Committee and Transportation, Cultural Heritage, and Parks, Recreation and Equestrian commissions.
