A panel of residents, businesspeople and property owners advising the city on the redevelopment of El Toro Road’s commercial and residential areas will meet Tuesday.
Many El Toro Road retail centers suffer from vacancies and competition from outside the city. The advisory group will help city officials and consultants design a plan to make the area a commercial and social destination.
The committee meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
