The city’s Parks and Recreation Commission will discuss possible rules and regulations for the future Community Center at its meeting tonight, said Kimberlyn Monach, community services director.
The center, which will feature sports fields, a gymnasium, a roller-hockey facility, a skate park, a playground, a picnic shelter and meeting rooms, is scheduled to be completed in 2001, according to a staff report.
The commission will discuss the procedures and rules for reserving or renting the facilities, which may include making the renter responsible for cleanup and prohibiting alcohol on its premises.
The open meeting is at 7 p.m. tonight at City Hall, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150.
