Studio City Man Found Shot to Death in Truck

VALLEY VILLAGE — Police on Sunday were searching for a suspect and a motive after a Studio City man was found Friday night shot to death in his pickup truck.
Officers found Edward Rodriguez, 21, slumped in the driver’s seat with several gunshot wounds to his upper torso, said Det. Andres Alegria of the Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Division.
Officers responded to a call about shots fired and discovered Rodriguez at 11:50 p.m. in a truck parked on the 12200 block of Otsego Street, Alegria said.
